What we collect

When you fill out the form on this site, we collect exactly what you type: your name, your mobile number, your email address, and your answers to three questions about your operation: what you haul, how many trucks you run, and the problem you want solved.

We also record, automatically:

• Your consent to be contacted. We store the wording that was on your screen at the moment you ticked the box, the time you ticked it, and the page you were on. This is a legal record and we keep it for as long as we may need to evidence it.
• Advertising attribution: which ad you clicked (UTM parameters and Meta's click identifier).
• Your IP address and browser user-agent, which are sent to Meta with the conversion event described below.

We do not ask for, and do not store, payment details or any government identifier.

Cookies and browser storage

The Meta Pixel sets cookies on this site, principally _fbp and _fbc, which let Meta connect your visit to the ad you clicked. They are advertising cookies, not strictly necessary ones, and you can block or clear them in your browser at any time without affecting the form.

This site also uses your browser's own storage, which never leaves your device:

• Session storage keeps your quiz answers so a reload does not lose your place. It is cleared when you close the tab. Your name, number and email are never saved here.
• Local storage holds a submitted form for up to 24 hours as delivery insurance, so a lead sent from a basement or a dead spot is retried rather than lost. It is deleted the moment we confirm receipt, and expires automatically after 24 hours.

How we use it

To respond to you, by email or by phone, and to work out which of our ads are worth running. By submitting your mobile number you agree to receive text messages from Aurben about your enquiry. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Records of your consent to be texted are kept for 5 years, which is the period we may need to evidence them. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will, and we will keep only the minimum record needed to honour an opt-out.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing. We do not buy lists, and we do not text people who have not asked us to.

Who else processes it

• Meta, for advertising measurement, via the Pixel in your browser and a matching server-side event. The server-side event sends your email, phone, name and country as irreversible hashes, never in the clear, so Meta can match a conversion without receiving readable contact details.
• Supabase, encrypted database hosting in the United States, where your enquiry is stored.
• Vercel, website and form hosting.
• Cal.com, if you choose to book a call.
• A messaging provider, to deliver the text we send you.

Each processes data under its own privacy policy and only on our instructions.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email team@aurben.co and we will action it within 30 days. To stop the texts, reply STOP to any message; that takes effect immediately and needs no email. To stop the advertising cookies, clear or block them in your browser.

If you are a California resident, the rights described above are the rights you have under the CCPA, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting people already in our records will be sent to them directly.
